Lux Primer Astar
DESCRIPTION: alkyd resin based, glossy topcoat paint.
CHARACTERISTIC:

APPLICATION SURFACES:Used as a primer for protection purposes and under topcoat paints for all interior and exterior wood and metal surfaces.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
Structure: Alkid resin.
Consumption: 12-14 (m²/lt), 80-110 (g/m2)
Thinning Ratio: %10-15 synthetic thinner.
Application tools: Brush , roller , spray.
Drying: 3 to 4 hours to dry; Hardening for application of topcoat paints 8 – 10 hours
Viscosity : 110 KU ± 10 ( 23 º C )
Density : 1,36 ± 0,05( g / ml )
Amount of solid : 77 ± 0,2%
Thickness of dry coat: 40 ± 5 micron
Thickness of wet coat: 70 ± 5 micron
APPLICATION:Metal surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned of oil, dirt, rust and Silkcoat Synthetic Antirust must be applied. On wooden surfaces, knots should be burned then filled up with Silkcoat Pinoten. The damaged surfaces should be smoothed with a synthetic paste. After these preparations are made, the Synthetic Primer is applied. For applications made by roller or brush, the product is thinned with 5-10% of synthetic thinner. Applications by spray require 15% of thinning with synthetic thinner.

STORAGE: Keep at a cool and clean place away from sun light. İt can be stored unopened 1 year at room temperature.
