Product Description: Matte-looking water-based first-class exterior paint based on pure acrylic binder
Features: This silicone-modified exterior topcoat paint boasts superior adhesion and water-repellent properties. Its silicone content ensures minimal wetting and rapid drying of surfaces, preventing blistering and peeling. It is resistant to the harmful effects of rain, snow, and sunlight, and is highly resistant to the corrosive effects of seawater in coastal areas.
Scope of application: It can be easily applied to exterior facades of buildings, thin plaster, plasterboard, exposed concrete, concrete slabs and similar structural elements.

Application: The surface to be applied must be cleared of all dust, rust, dirt, oil, and old paint residue. Surface cracks must be smoothed and sanded with Silkcoat External Putty. Afterward, Silkcoat Silicone Primer must be applied to achieve a clean, dry, and solid surface. The first coat of Silicone Paint should be diluted with 10-15% clean water, and the second coat with 5-10% water. It should be applied in two coats using a roller, brush, or sprayer. A minimum of 2 hours should be allowed between coats, depending on the ambient temperature. After application, used tools should be immediately cleaned with water. On newly plastered surfaces, a minimum of 28 days should be allowed before applying paint. The paint should be mixed until completely homogeneous before use. The ambient and surface temperatures throughout the application and drying period should be between +5ºC and +35ºC. If applying to very glossy or glassy surfaces, the surface should be sanded first to ensure better adhesion.
Warnings: S2: Keep out of reach of children. S24/25: Avoid contact with eyes and skin. S46: If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show the container or label. Keep the product in a tightly closed container. Do not pour it into the drain.
Storage: It can be stored for at least 1 year in a cool, clean and dry environment, away from direct sunlight and without opening the product container.
