DESCRIPTION: synthetic alkyd resin based, synthetic , glossy topcoat paint.
CHARACTERISTIC: -High covering ability. -Doesnt turn to yellow. -Adhesive and elastic ability. -Easily appliable. -Resistant against physical and chemical impacts. -Easy cleanable and flexible. -Glossy appearence.
APPLICATION SURFACES: Can be applied on kinds of exterior and interior surfaces such as wooden ,plaster ,metal and land, marine vehicles as well.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
Structure: Alkid resin.
Consumption: 16-18 (m²/lt), 65-80 (g/m2).
Thinning Ratio: %10-15.
Recommended Primer: Silkcoat Lux synthetic Primer, Silkcoat Synthetic Primer.
Application tools: Brush , roller , spray.
Drying: Tocuh dry; after 1 – 2 hours; Dust safe; after 2 – 3 hours Hard dry; after 10 – 12 hours. It should be waited 12 hours between layers.
Viscosity : 100 KU ± 10 ( 23 º C )
Density : 1,19 ± 0,05( g / ml )
Amount of solid : 71 ± 0,2%
Brilliance : type 1 brillant
Thickness of dry coat: 25 ± 5 micron
Thickness of wet coat: 60 ± 5 micron
APPLICATION: – Silkcoat Synthetic Primer is applied after smoothing the surface that have been puttied, and Silkcoat Universal Putty is applied on the surfaces smoothed with Satin plaster. – On wooden surfaces , all knots should be burned and Silkcoat Synthetic Primer applied after surface has been filled up with Silkcoat Pinoten – The synthetic paint is applied after having pre-prepared the surface. – 12 hours should be waited between the coats. – The paint should be thinned with 5-10% of synthetic tin when the application is made by brush or roller.

STORAGE: Keep at a cool and clean place away from sun light. İt can be stored unopened 1 year at room temperature.
