About Us
Founded in 1993, Silkcoat is part of the Çolakoğlu Group, active since 1961. We produce silk plaster, mineral plaster, construction paints, synthetic paints, varnishes, decorative exterior wall coatings and the Silkoterm external wall insulation system, exporting to 83 countries. With 13 production facilities in Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Mauritania, Ghana, Algeria, Nigeria, Tanzania, Iraq, Ethiopia, Malaysia, Pakistan and Guinea, we operate across 5 continents.

To us a wall finish is never just a surface — it is the character of the space it lives in and the craft of the applicator who brings it to life. That is why we develop every formulation patiently, control every batch with the same rigour, and keep sitting at the same table as the professionals who use our products. Where we stand today we owe to the customers who trust us, to our partners, and to the colleagues who put their work into this brand. Our responsibility is to earn that trust again with every new product.
