These terms cover all content, images, technical documents and services offered on silkcoat.com and its sub-pages, operated by Silkcoat Duvar Kaplamaları San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. Silkcoat reserves the right to change, restrict or withdraw the terms, the site content and the services offered without prior notice. The version in force is always the text published on this page.

Information on the site is provided for general information only; it does not constitute an offer, undertaking, warranty or proposal to conclude a sales contract in the legal sense. Product names, packaging, formulation, prices and stock availability may change without notice. The only binding documents between the parties are the signed order or contract and the current information printed on the product packaging.

Technical data sheets (TDS), safety data sheets (MSDS), coverage figures and application recommendations are average values obtained under laboratory conditions. Actual results vary with surface preparation, substrate absorbency, temperature, humidity, application technique and equipment used. It is the user’s responsibility to download the document from this site to confirm the current version and to carry out a trial on a small, inconspicuous area before application. Silkcoat is not liable for outcomes arising from use contrary to the instructions, mixing with other products, use on unsuitable surfaces or in unsuitable conditions, or use outside the intended purpose.

Colour charts and product or application images on the site appear differently depending on screen, operating system, browser and lighting conditions. Digital representations are not an exact match for the real colour and are not binding. Colour selection must be based solely on the physical colour chart and on an applied sample. Shade differences within industry tolerances may occur between production batches; we therefore recommend using the same batch number on a single surface.

The site content is provided "as is"; no express or implied warranty is given that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, up to date or free of malicious software. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Silkcoat shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage — including loss of profit, business interruption and data loss — arising from use of the site, inability to use it, reliance on its content, or material errors and omissions in the documents. Warranty for products is limited solely to the scope and period stated on the product packaging and in the sales contract. The rights of consumers under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved.

The text, photographs, videos, graphics, catalogues, technical documents and software on the site, together with the "Silkcoat" brand, logo and product names, are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and Law No. 6769 on Industrial Property. This content may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, used commercially or republished elsewhere without Silkcoat’s written permission, nor harvested in bulk by automated means. Short, properly attributed quotations are excepted. Unauthorised use will be pursued through civil and criminal remedies.

The site may contain links to and embedded content from third parties (such as video platforms, map and live-support services). We have no control over the content, security or privacy practices of those sources and accept no responsibility for them. Partner brands mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners; references to them describe an existing commercial relationship only and imply no claim of ownership or authority to represent.

The purposes for which personal data submitted through the site is processed, the parties it is shared with and your rights are set out in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure Notice. That notice forms an integral part of these terms of use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of the site; for persons qualifying as consumers, the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved. If any provision is held invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected. Silkcoat’s failure to exercise a right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
