Silkomatt

With high durability and high hiding power, Silkomatt is a first-class interior paint with a matte finish developed with silicone technology. It applies easily and leaves no roller marks. It is genuinely wipeable. Being water-based, it is harmless to human health and the environment and is breathable. Its colors stay vibrant for many years

Can be applied to all prepared interior surfaces such as old painted surfaces, concrete, gypsum, rough plaster, betopan, glass textile and paintable wallpaper

The surface must be cleaned of all dust, dirt and oil. After lightly sanding blistered and old painted surfaces, apply primer to obtain a clean, dry and sound surface. If needed, repair surface defects and cracks with Silkcoat Interior Acrylic Putty. Use Silkcoat Izolac on new and absorbent surfaces, Silkcoat Universal Primer on old painted, dirty or synthetic painted surfaces, and Silkcoat Putty Primer on puttied surfaces. Dilute Silkcoat Silkomatt with 10-15% clean water and apply in 2 coats by roller, brush or spray. Wait at least 2 hours between coats depending on air temperature. Clean tools with water immediately after application. On newly plastered surfaces, wait at least 28 days before painting. Mix the paint thoroughly until homogeneous before use. During application and drying, ambient and surface temperatures should be between +5°C and +35°C. On very glossy or glassy surfaces, sand the surface first for better adhesion

S2: Keep out of reach of children. S24/25: Avoid contact with eyes and skin. S46: If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show the container or label. Store the product in a tightly closed container. Do not dispose of into drains

Can be stored for a minimum of 2 years in a cool, clean, and dry environment, protected from direct sunlight, provided the container remains unopened
