Stone Guard
A water-dilutable, solvent-free emulsion of silane and siloxane — a general-purpose water repellent
- Structure
- Silicone (silane-siloxane blend)
- Consumption
- 70-80 m²/lt, 15-25 g/m²
- Thinner
- Water

1 Kg plastic bucket
Reducing capillary absorption in buildings while allowing the structure to breathe, Stone Guard is highly resistant to alkali. As a water repellent, it remains stable when diluted. It penetrates the surface very well and improves paint adhesion. It penetrates mineral surfaces, bricks and plasters, providing excellent protection; it is applied as a final protective coat. Being water-based, it is harmless to human health and the environment
Applied on all kinds of natural stone, mineral surfaces, coatings and paints
Dilute 1:7 for natural stone and mineral surfaces, and 1:11 for coating-group surfaces, applying in a single coat. On newly plastered surfaces, wait at least 28 days. Mix until homogeneous before use. During application and drying, ambient and surface temperatures should be between +5°C and +35°C. Very glossy, glassy surfaces should be sanded first
