Thanks to these properties, very smooth surfaces are obtained after application, giving interiors a more aesthetic and modern look

Features

Thanks to its pearlescent structure, Cashmere offers a special semi-gloss and matte velvety appearance similar to pearl, allowing various decorative pattern applications. Its water-based structure is harmless to human health and the environment

Application Areas

Can be applied on all previously painted interior surfaces such as concrete, plaster, rough plaster, betopan, glass-textured surfaces, and paintable wallpaper

Application Instructions

The application surface must be cleaned of all dust, dirt, and oil. Blistered and old painted surfaces should be lightly sanded to obtain a clean, dry, and sound surface. If necessary, surface defects and cracks should be repaired with Silkcoat Interior Acrylic Putty. If the application surface has been leveled with gypsum plaster, Silkcoat Izolac should be applied before Silkomatt. On old painted, dirty, or synthetic painted surfaces, Silkcoat Universal Primer should be used; on puttied surfaces, Silkcoat Putty Primer should be applied. Cashmere is applied as a single coat over the final coat of Silkomatt. Apply Cashmere to the surface using a roller. Before full drying, create patterns on the surface with circular movements using special tools. Depending on weather conditions, allow the surface to dry for 4–6 hours. After the first coat, apply the second coat of Cashmere in a thin layer using a decorative trowel or roller. After application, pattern the surface with circular movements using a special trowel. Tools must be cleaned immediately after application. Before use, the paint must be mixed thoroughly until completely homogeneous. During application and drying, ambient and surface temperatures should be between +5°C and +35°C. For very glossy or glassy surfaces, the surface should be leveled beforehand to ensure better adhesion

Storage

Can be stored for a minimum of 2 years in a cool, clean, and dry environment, protected from direct sunlight, provided the container remains unopened
