Smart Colours

Contributing to heat and sound insulation, the Smart Prestige Series Silk Plaster is anti-static and dust-repellent. It can be prepared in any desired color via the tinting machine system. Besides being easy to apply, its water-based structure is harmless to human health and the environment. It is odorless and breathable

Can be applied to fine plaster, gypsum plaster, plasterboard, wooden and non-alkaline surfaces. Not applied to glass, brick, metal surfaces, exteriors or wet substrates

The surface must be cleaned of all dust, dirt and oil. After lightly sanding blistered and old painted surfaces, obtain a clean, dry and sound surface. Apply Smart Primer first to newly plastered surfaces. On old painted, dirty or damp surfaces, clean residues thoroughly. Once the primer dries, silk plaster application can begin. The colorless Natural Silk Finish is tinted in the desired color from the Smart color chart; then about 3 kg of water is added to the tinted finish and mixed until homogeneous. The bag contents are added to the tinted Natural Silk Finish/water mixture and kneaded thoroughly; more water may be added if needed. After resting for at least 20 minutes, apply with a plastic trowel at an average thickness of 1 mm. Do not leave the surface half-finished. Clean tools immediately with water. Can be applied by plastic trowel or spray gun. On newly plastered surfaces, wait at least 28 days. Ambient and surface temperatures should be between +5°C and +35°C

Store the product in a tightly closed container. Do not dispose of into drains

Can be stored for a minimum of 1 year in a cool, clean, and dry environment, protected from direct sunlight, provided the container remains unopened
